• Getting an estimate. Get a few estimates before deciding on a contractor. It is important to use the same request with each contractor to get a correct comparison. By this I mean just comparing apples to apples. You would not want to ask for one just to throw a number out there for a certain amount of square footage. 
• Check recent jobs. Our facebook page has some reviews that we invite you to check out. Our biggest promotion is our previous customers. Been in business for 15 years and haven't spent any money on advertising. That says something! We would be happy to show you some houses that we are working on or even our own personal house. Just depends on what you are looking to build.
• Visit with possible contractors. Building a home is a process and you need to know that you have someone in your corner that you trust to do the work for you. When you choose a contractor that you don't really care for in the beginning, its going to more than likely get worst from there. Not saying that you have to be great friends with your contractor but you definitely want to go with someone that you can understand and work with. 
• Ask Around. Checking with your local lender and local Chamber of Commerce is a great way to find out about the local contractors they would recommend.
